Tapkii has two monthly subscription options depending on your business size. The Grow plan is £15.99 a month, and the Pro plan is £29.99 a month, both include all features but the difference is the number of bookings completed each month and SMSs included.

We offer a free transfer service from any system you’re currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Absolutely. You can integrate the Tapkii booking system into your existing website super easily, allowing clients to book your services directly saving back-and-forth with enquiry forms. With Tapkii, you can add a “Book Now” button to your existing website, that takes clients straight to your treatment menu on Tapkii, bypassing the homepage and making their booking process even easier.

​When your friend first signs up on the Solo app, they will be prompted to enter a referral code during the onboarding questionnaire. They will then receive the initial trial where they can use up to 30 bookings, over any given time frame. They are then given an additional one month for free. Once their trial has expired, they’ll be presented with the option to upgrade onto a plan. Note – Your friend must subscribe via our website and not through the App Store to get their first month for free.
