How much do I have to pay for TapKii?

TapKii has two monthly subscription options. The Website only plan is £20 a month, and the Website & Booking System plan is £30 a month.

How do I switch to TapKii from another booking system?

We offer a free transfer service from any system you’re currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Does Solo offer support?

Yes, included in all of our subscription plans is friendly human support via WhatsApp ((825) 343 8998), email (hello@tapkii.com) or in-app chat. You can find the in-app chat by going to Settings and tapping the purple Help button.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am–1pm.

You’ll also have 24/7 AI support in the same place to help you use the app – from finding features to setting things up and changing your settings.

Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?

No, VAT is included in all of the prices. We want to make our prices as transparent as possible so you never pay more than expected.

What if I need to change or cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?

Our subscriptions are monthly and designed to be flexible, with no commitment needed. You can upgrade, downgrade or unsubscribe from your plan at any time to suit your business’ needs.

Do I have to pay an additonal fee per booking?

We do not charge any extra fees for any clients booking through your own website, or created in your calendar. The monthly subscription includes all features and allows 20 or unlimited bookings depending on your plan with no extra charges.
